I've never seen it on the east coast. I just came back from Va Beach... heading down to Palm Beach Shores in a few months and I ask myself, why I have to come back... why not just stay near the beach. Yeah, I like the Palm Beach area. I've been thinking of of going down there and opening a school to teach people how to stick pins through a piece of card stock.
