Actually Michael did not read the news article carefully and pulled the "banning drive throughs" out of context. The town's commissioners were trying to avoid creating a bigger traffic mess than already exists at the corner where Starbucks wants to put up a store. They are responsible for the common good. Banning was only one suggestion.
