Hi Pete,
Obviously you have never managed a group of people. It is really hard work 
and exhausting let alone frustrating. But I liked it. In addition to 
managing engineering projects for a living, I have managed many altruist 
projects including my church fair, various Americares projects and Habitat. 
These volunteer projects take as much time as you can give; they are 
bottomless. The church fair took me 20 hours a week for 4 months and I 
didn't even begin to complete everything I wanted to do.
