That's really just a media trick trying to manufacture a story. He has been quite consistent on Iraq. People did not fully report the nuance in his position in the past so now they think he has changed when all that's happening is he's been trying to do a better job on the details. I'm not happy about the public financing change, but he has not in fact made an Iraq change.
