Hi Kristyne! I am not a lawyer but in your situation you could still ask for an extension, the judge's lecture not withstanding. What is the judge doing, becoming lead counsel for your adversary or is it just that the whole country is going NAZI? If the extension is denied it becomes grounds for an appeal or even a mistrial. I would get a bid for a loan against the websites next business day and see how much can be raised. It might even be enough with whatever else you have. > I make too much money to get free legal help and too little money to pay an > attorney. I was just told the same thing myself as I prepare to file bankruptcy. Seems to me under these circumstances you would be making no money at all, I barely am. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
