Hi Kristyne!

I am not a lawyer but in your situation you could still ask for an 
extension, the judge's lecture not withstanding. What is the judge 
doing, becoming lead counsel for your adversary or is it just that the 
whole country is going NAZI? If the extension is denied it becomes 
grounds for an appeal or even a mistrial.

I would get a bid for a loan against the websites next business day and 
see how much can be raised. It might even be enough with whatever else 
you have.

I was just told the same thing myself as I prepare to file bankruptcy. 
Seems to me under these circumstances you would be making no money at 
all, I barely am.
