In all seriousness, I wish they'd make free government counseling (or a greatly reduced price) available for everyone, regardless of insurance. I'm willing to bet that most folks could benefit from counseling. It's not just for nut jobs...it's actually great stuff...and yet it's so easy...just tell the person how you're feeling, what's on your mind, etc. I did it when I was going through the divorce and it was really helpful. Funny thing is: the counselor confirmed that I was doing exactly what I should have been doing, and was basically right for all the actions I was taking. Talk about feeling good afterwards!!! "Yes, I now know that my nseew was the problem."
