I agree.  Providing a superior product that demands license agreements
on the other hand is what companies have been paying for since the
beginning of IT time.  It has always been that way.  Early on your
code only ran on the type of mainframe you purchased.  It didn't port
well to replacement systems now did it?

I agree that the variations in EULAs is extreme for anyone or company.
