From the last part of that page:
"I am disgusted to be serving alongside a liar like Captain Porter, I
hope he gets court martialed for lying."
I hope this is fully investigating and yes, if wrongful activity
occurred, then let justice be served. At least we'd get to the bottom
of it---officially---instead of "he said, she said." (Well, it'd
probably still be a "he said, she said" thing, wouldn't it?)
