You can script out a CREATE SQL VIEW command just like you do the ALTER TABLE. 
You can use the View
Designer to show code and grab this for your program, or GenDbc to script out 
the entire database
(just grab the code from the function for the view), or maintain your views in 
a program and send it
as needed. If all sites are using the same exact database you can send the DBC 
files, but this could
be a problem if the DBC is copied in and one of your table structure update 
programs are not run.

Personally, if it was my choice I would go get the Stonefield Database Toolkit. 
All your structures
are stored in metadata. It has the functionality where you ship the metadata, 
the DBC files and call
an Update method. Magically all your structures are updated (as are your views 
stored in the DBC).
Even works for free tables too. No need to keep track of every stinking change 
you make to the
database.
