Hi Dave,

Using VFP7 when I open a table of this name the default alias becomes 
SAMPLE_P and it won't let you open with alias SAMPLE-P

The * character can't be used in a file name but a "-" can.  I generate 
PDF's with "-" in the name no problem, but it looks like Fox just 
doesn't like the "-" char in aliases.  It doesn't mind it in the file name.
