Hi

I know that some of you use Camtasia to produce Videos so I wonder if
anyone can help.

One of my Clients is trying to produce a video on DVD to send to their
Clients. The Video shows how to Navigate and fill in the forms on their
web site. They have sent me the following message.

Hi Peter,

Just to fill you in a little bit more.
When we produce the rendered video file in Camtasia, The file format is
.AVI. We couldn't see an option for DVD format. Which means we have to
re-render the .AVI into DVD Video format when burning the DVD disc using
Nero.

I think the quality would be better if Camtasia could burn it straight
to the DVD in the correct format. We could not find an option on the
program to do this.

Do you know if this is possible, and do you think this is the reason for
the poor picture quality?

I look forward to your reply and I will post the DVD to you today.

Thanks
Jamie
