How about being responsible and not get pregnant in the first place? Is that too much to ask? You don't a right to drink and drive with your body, you don't have a right to put illegal drugs into your body, and you don't have the right to kill a baby in your body. --- Puleeze ... this is ridiculous. "being responsible and not get pregnant in the first place". What planet are you living on? First of all ... have you ever heard of rape, date rape, incest, child molesters, any of those? Secondly, no form of birth control, besides abstinence, is 100% effective. In fact, most people don't even know that being on antibiotics can reduce the effectiveness of the pill. It burns me to no end that doctors don't bother to tell women that when they prescribe an antibiotic. Thirdly, it takes two to "get pregnant". Why is that if a woman finds herself unexpectedly pregnant .. it's HER fault. Why didn't HE take better precautions? Why didn't HE prevent the pregnancy? Why isn't it HIS fault that he impregnated her? Why is always the woman's fault? Nobody ever talks about the unwed teenage father! Nobody ever whispers behind his back that he has a child. His life doesn't drastically change by becoming a single unwed father who has to take care of a child for the next 18 years. The attitude that it's the woman's fault is what is irresponsible!!
