Heh. I wonder what operating system the laptops were running. I bet they weren't Linux. And, according to the article, the core software of the space station wasn't compromised. I wonder which OS it's running. I bet it isn't Windows. Hmmm.... I can see a potential policy change coming, "NASA bans Windows PCs use in spacecraft" In fact, I seem to recall that NASA is building lots of systems using Linux and making lots of future plans to use it. It seems the "rocket scientists" have spoken. I wonder how long it'll take for the "ordinary" person to hear. :-) -Charlie _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
