I wasn't bemoaning the fact. Actually I'm delighted at how ridiculous
they're acting.
With respect to Obama theories, all I'm saying is that when you add up:
0. His early "race issues" mentor Frank Marshall Davis' checkered past as
communist party member and admitted pedophile;
1. His 20-year "spiritual mentor's" long-term condemnation of America, open
embrace of Black Liberation Theology and recent praise of Lois Farrakhan;
2. His "friend" (convicted felon) Tony Rezko's assistance in buying his Hyde
Park $1mil+ mansion;
3. The fact his first-ever political fundraiser was held at the home of two
infamous Weather Underground organizers and unrepentant domestic terrorists,
with whom he remains cordial, even moved in next to;
4. The fact that his substantive resume points include nothing more than:
a.) Ran the Harvard Law Review for awhile;
b.) Was a "community organizer" in South Chicago (in the Saul Alinsky
tradition?);
c.) Got elected to the Illinois legislature by removing all opponents on
technicalities, and voted "present" over 130 times;
d.) Got elected to the Senate basically unopposed (first by a flawed
Jack Ryan and then by an even more deeply flawed Alan Keyes), where he has
spent most of his time running a campaign for President
5. He has zero executive experience OF ANY KIND (contrast with Palin's
numerous executive accomplishments as governor of Alaska);
6. He has promised to gut our military, cancel important defense programs,
meet with terrorist leaders no-strings-attached;
7. The fact Cuban flags with Che Guevara's head superimposed were seen at
TWO of his campaign head quarters during the primaries, before they were
summarily taken down after being exposed;
8. He says he's his brother's keeper, yet his half-brother George lives in a
hut in Kenya on $12/yr;
9. He picks Biden of all people to his ticket (is that the change we need?)
(I could go on)
...then you probably want to dig a bit deeper than the media has to
understand just who the guy is and what he really represents.
Actually to anyone paying attention it isn't a mystery who he is and what he
represents.
