Vince: I discovered that Camtasia does what I want to do. I wanted the window with me in it to show on both desktops. I use unlimitedconferencing.com and it works well and you can pay as you go.
Now, your points about the video are well taken. I am "attending" a meeting on the East coast without having to travel from Arizona. I have been working with this customer since 1992 and have never met him face to face. There are several new players at this meeting and they are not as comfortable with me. Maybe instead of video I will just put a picture in a window.
