Hi Bob! I worked a couple of years as a "community organizer" in 1968 - 70. At that time it was "one of the three branches of Social Work: Casework, Groupwork and Community Organization". It was getting blacker and blacker even then, but whites have been known to have those sort of jobs. Perhaps not since affirmative action LOL. It was the worst experience of my life.
