That's bizarre. TCP doesn't care whether the senders nor receivers are
32-bit or 64-bit, Windows or OS X or Linux or Solaris. I wonder if
Microsoft's implementation of TCP on their 64-bit platforms is
somewhat more non-standard than most of their stuff.

When you say "64-bit OS's" you mean Vista and XP, not OS X and Linux, do you?
