I've not seen one. Off the top of my head I remember 4 specific issues. 1) Forms inside the Screen or Top-Level forms have border issues 2) Built drop-downs (Combo-Box, Popup Menus) stay highlighted after mouse over 3) 3rd Menu pop out was out there (no none workaround) 4) Virtualization issues when writing in "Program Files" folder structure
There's 2 workarounds for #1. Calvin demonstrated one on his blog. The other is to redisplay the form during instantiation after the borderstyle is changed. For #2 the workaround is an API call, Calvin demonstrated it on his blog. For #3 don't use menus 3 levels deep.
