Wish I could help you out more, but VB.NET is a read-only language for me. For 
the most part, I have
only read about it and sat in on a few sessions put on by Microsoft and several 
by other developers.
It has two things in common with Fox. One is several of the former Fox team 
members have or are
working on it, and two, the developers who use it swear Microsoft is favoring 
other languages and is
going to kill it off. You should feel right at home. <g>
