Hi Jerry, Kristyne!

I don't see where it is a problem, except for the richies not making 
quite as much as they had hoped, as opposed to, say, making *nothing*. 
*Nothing* is what the richies will wind up with if this isn't 
straightened out fairly quickly. Whatever they eventually may get when 
they sell the foreclosed homes of poor people they lose right now in the 
stock market.

It could be an executive order binding upon "all heirs and assigns" and 
could be passed tomorrow, or yet today for that matter. The bailout law 
already gives the president broad power in exactly that direction, and 
C-man proved that an executive order could do anything - "stroke of the 
pen, law of the land, kinda cool". Let Bush do it, he has nothing to 
lose. If it works, history will bless his name. History will anyway.

OK, if Bush does it now it might be blamed on McCain in twisted D logic, 
but at least peoples homes would be saved. I think McCain wants peoples' 
homes to be saved, even at the cost of losing the election to Obama.
