Many of us try to have meaningful dialogs. The rest of you just chuck stink bombs at those of us who do attempt to get discussions going.
I by the way go out of my way to include extensive quotes, my own discussion, and invite anybody to refute me--I have been wrong before and will no doubt be wrong again. But I do try to raise interesting and relevant points from my perspective as faithfully as I can. Most of this is just cathartic for me--I generally don't dabble in political discussion elsewhere. All this "OH just shut up you stupid morons, keep your views to yourselves" whatever-you-call-it contributes precisely nothing to any dialog. I have put forward a great many very fact-filled posts, and whenever something is more speculative, I am very diligent to give my reasons for believing it (or not), and not just blow a fart in someone's general direction, like you do 95% of the time. - Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Ricardo Araoz > Sent: Sunday, October 12, 2008 1:44 PM > To: ProFox Email List > Subject: Re: [OT] The Indefinable Barrack Obama > > Bob Calco wrote: > >> Bobby, I wish this election in your little country was over and > done. > >> Maybe then, when you have lost, I could get a break from all this > >> stupid > >> nonsense you people have been posting here. > >> Please!
