Don't they need to take a nap for the first week of Nov.?  Either
party that is.  Running on empty for months is killer and at one
persons age it could.

But that a side. They need tome to get teams together to take control
with.  That takes 1.5 months and then to get them working before they
get their desks in the West Wing for 3 + weeks so they have a rhythm.
