Just so everyone is aware,I have uploaded the latest helpdesk system to www.leafe.com, some people wanted a copy of the source code, I was unable to email some people due to email account restrictions, so I have uploaded the source code as well.
In case it is of any interest, the helpdesk has worked so well for us hat we have taken a copy of the source code and are in the throws of producing a "service desk" version which is aimed at external customer complaints and internal customer procedure non-conformances (winging employees<g>), when this is finished and tested I will upload that as well !
