This is the way the Bush Administration conducts deplomacy. The Bush Administration refuses to meet with certain evil governments without preconditions. The preconditions, as often as not, is agreement by the opposing party to conform to the wishes of the Bush Administration, which are to be the subject of the talks. Therefore, if the preconditions are meet, then the talk are not relevant as the Bush Administration will already have what it wants; otherwise, not reconciling talk take place. LOL And so, according to your comment above, if the target you label "Socialist", (eg The Socialists really aren't defined here), confess that she is a plant, then she is a plant, but if the Socialist deny it, she is a plant. This kind of revolving logic is serious flawed.
