No. I do this more as a therapeutic exercise, and for posterity's sake. > The > 'in-the-know' left leaning Democrat is dishonest these days and the > rank > and file democrat is not being told the entire story (several of my > friends are democrats, particularly old style southern democrats). Speaking of dishonesty, check these audios out. Here is Obama in 2001 talking about how the Constitution is still "deeply flawed to this day": http://drop.io/Obamaconstitution How can you vow to preserve, protect and defend a document you think is racist and fundamentally flawed to this day? Sure doesn't sound to me like he has any basic disagreements with Bill Ayers other than perhaps on the means to achieve their radical program. Now here is Obama talking in 2001 about how radical redistribution of wealth cannot be achieved solely by the Courts, because even under the Warren Court they were unable to "break free of the constraints the Framers" put in the Constitution, and the "tragedy" of the civil rights movement was its failure to achieve a coalition of power for legislative change: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iivL4c_3pck Saying the Warren Court wasn't "that radical" is like saying there's nothing "particularly controversial" about Trinity United Church. How now is he NOT a socialist who views our Constitution as an obstacle to radical (and openly racist) wealth redistribution? I'm intellectually honest enough to admit he's smart on some level. But I bet if the majority of his supporters took the time to understand what he's really all about, they'd cringe. As it is they think their getting a tax cut. They think he wants to keep America strong and free, and views them as a positive force for good, because his speeches sound so nice. They think he's going to heal old wounds instead of throw new salt in them or create new ones. They think he's going to unite the country, when his whole worldview is rooted in a class and race antagonism. It makes no sense, but there you have it. Heaven help us if this guy wins. Those of you who think the economy is bad now, or that our Constitutional rights are threatened today have NO IDEA what misery and unrest and political oppression awaits us if the Obamessiah wins and the Dems under Pelosi/Reid get their coveted supermajority. - Bob > > v/r > > > //SIGNED// > > Stephen S.
