I don't use TB 2.0 yet but I'll repeat my repeated recommendations to 
filter your mail on the *server*, not on your client. Benefits:

+ You don't waste time downloading mail you are just gonna delete.

+ Folder structure/behavior remains consistent no matter what computer 
or email client you check your email from.

You'd need:

+ IMAP

+ A cronjob either running on your server or on a client machine that is 
always on.

IMAP is superior to POP3 anyway.
