I did not miss what was in the body of your message nonetheless, your subject was incorrect but understandable. I must have spoken to a dozen people who think that Obama took over the office as of today. They don't seem to understand how the presidential process works. Big surprise there. These are the same people who think that they have been promised that their mortgage and fuel bills will be taken care of by Obama himself.
