Just convince a clerk that she had given birth to the baby at home, or anywhere other than a hospital! I'll bet she didn't even need a witness! If she did, there would be no shortage of willing co-conspirators.
Most any clerk would just type it up. I mean. c'mon! Some 18 year old chick with a mushy paunch says (in English) that she just had a baby, Who wouldn't believe it! Why would the clerk in a thousand years think the baby had been born in Kenya? Part of her cock-and-bull story is most likely ON the typed copy that no one is allowed to see! Interesting that O-boy and his half-sister differ on which hospital. How would they know if the hospital was in Kenya? Any older Hawaiians on the list? Anyone in Hawaii right now?
