We need to find people who want to buy paper.  The market seemed to
sell on A or B level and right now we have class C or lower paper that
needs to be bought.  That level right now would really make a shift.

What are those people going to buy?  Home improvements, cars, toys.
When the working stiff gets out and starts spending things will start
to rock.

Unfortunately nobody is buying anything.  So outside of police work
nothing is moving these days.
