Hi Michael! The Alan Keyes suit in California may hold the key to it. So far all the judges have wiggled out on the technicality that the plaintiff lacks standing. Keyes was bested by O-boy in his own 2008 presidential bid and as such can not be said to lack standing. If the usurper were to lose the 55 California votes due to ineligibility it would not by itself elect McCain, but this would surely be noticed throughout the country. There would be a domino effect. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
