As of Nov 21, 2008, 4204 American soldiers were killed fighting the "Iraq
war" since it began Mar 19, 2003. See http://www.antiwar.com/casualties/
Ed usually keeps this figure up to date.

IAC, there have been more U.S. soldier's deaths in this "war" than all the
people killed in the 9/11 attack. Both the people who died in 9/11 and the
soldiers killed fighting terrorism since 9/11 have rights. Those rights were
indeed violated.

So were the rights of the 16 members of my father's family who were shot by
the Nazis because they wouldn't co-operate with the Nazis. But the Nazis
were given due process and were summarily convicted and punished.

American rights DO NOT trump anyone else's rights. This is the spoiled child
bully talking. All people in the world deserve rights.

I don't and won't ever shed tears for terrorists. They have to be caught,
tried and punished. America can show the world how to do this and be a model
to the rest of the world. That's a challenge. Are you big enough to take up
the challenge?
