Hi Nicholas! I may have gotten lucky with my condo. I picked it up in '91 for $27.5 K furnished, refinanced with a little cash out once and rolled it over to a reverse mortgage a year and a half ago for $100K. I have been plagued by maintenance issues, not to mention the condo Nazis. I guess I broke even, though. -- Regards, Pete http://pete-theisen.com/ _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
