It looks like an implementation of the SL 1.1, so it's a little behind the
times ( windows is at 2.0 ) but not too bad. I'm currently using Expression
Blend and visual Studio 2008 for the development environment for my
silverlight forays, but I don't see any reason it couldn't be done in mono
as well.

I was wanting to learn more information on Silverlight, and in particular,
where a newbie might start learning about it.  I found this article
(http://www.pluralsight.com/main/ilt/course.aspx?id=AP19), but it says
Windows and Macintosh as the operating systems explicitly.  I'm pretty sure
it would run on Linux given how those folks try to make all efforts to run
Windows stuff, but wondered if anyone here could confirm/deny?  ;-)
