I saw a few small scaled apps at International Paper in Notes and we put them up against Sharepoint in it's early version. Notes kicked butt, well our programmers for Notes had 5+ years experience and it showed. Notes for email is not as good as Outlook. But some of the PM systems in Notes for attaching everything to a project kick ass.
