That is only 2 versions back from what you can deploy on a M$ server today. I don't see the benefit of limiting my dev team that way just to use mono, when you could run full bore with java, ruby or python today. We also have to define just what this app is doing and how is it hosted. For this list many only see a desktop app. I see a web service app in the cloud that serves what is needed to whomever I approve.
