Hi Nicholas! Before I got rid of my 6 cylinder Nova I used to license it for about half what my E250 costs. And they both get the same gas mileage! There is a tax on gas, the more you burn the more you pay. That is the most fair. If there is concern about the poor give the people with those kind of needs coupons or something.
