We just moved into the building after a 5-year capital campaign to renovate it. It's our fourth headquarters in 25 years, and the second we've owned. At about 67,000 sq. ft., it's twice as big as our last one. It was a former Universal Instruments factory; in fact, it was their first. When they started, they made safety pins there. Independent living centers work with people with all disabilities of all ages. We don't have programs targeted specifically at seniors, but we work with a lot of them--providing personal attendants and adaptive equipment loan and purchase assistance mostly.
