It could be Fox... I did the typical GIYF thingy looking for some software that has the following functionality:
A Windows based non-HTML application that will resides in the tool tray and pops up a small bubble with a short task reminder in it (less than 25 words) on a programmable schedule. An example of what would be in the bubble would be the following: HIPAA Privacy Officers: Capt xxxxxx xxxxxx/1Lt xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Also, it will allow the bubble to remain visible for about 10 seconds and then go away. Have any of you all seen anything like this. When I Google for it I get loads of Browser based pop ups, but I don't want anything like that, so, before I go to coding a solution I would like to see if the wheel has already been invented.
