Leave it to Adam to take the criminal's side. This case actually made me suspect that the prosecutor was actually working for the Mexican drug cartels. Why would you convict two border guards who were shooting at a drug runner? Then the prosecutor gave the drug runner immunity to testify against the border guards. Of course that runner was later captured running another load of drugs into the country.
