I think a man's first actions in a position of responsibility tell you a lot
about who he is and what his intentions are. After a flurry of far left-wing
executive orders, selections of some (shall we say) rather suspect choices
in key positions in his cabinet, he chose to give his very first formal
presidential interview to Saudi Arabia's state-run news channel.
His primary job is Commander-in-Chief of the US Armed Forces, and he chooses
instead to throw his country under the bus ("all too often America just
tries to dictate") and identify with Muslims personally, in his first formal
TV interview--with a Muslim news outlet, not even an American one.
I'm sure some people are all ga-ga over this, but its implications are
profound and they are not good for the US, IMHO.
BTW, here's a sun-will-rise-in-the-East prediction: There will be no peace
in the Middle East when he leaves office.
