I was not recommending it be on a network, and I doubt Whil's question related 
to Vista was
installing it on a network. It seems obvious to me he is preparing to install 
it on a workstation
running Vista.

I mentioned it because some people might read this and think you cannot plop an 
app on a network
with the runtimes in the same folder. I run into projects and developers all 
the time where they
think the runtimes can only be installed on the workstation, when literally 
they can reside on the
network if it is the optimal solution.

Unfortunately as old as the argument is, there are still people who have not 
experienced it.
