We use LogMeIn Rescue, where the user on the other end just goes to logmein123.com and enters the 6-digit PIN code you provide them. It can't be any easier. I know Vince and I had some issues with it, but I've not had any issues with my clients, and Sylvan uses it several times daily by several help desk folks without a glitch. This requires somebody on the other end, though, but for the kind of support I'm talking about, a person IS on the other end of the phone/connection. ;-) _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
