I found out that this seems to only return records where the Creation Date meets the criteria, not what I would expect "last altered" i.e. last touched or changed date. As a test I added a new SP and it showed up in the results. I include LAST_ALTERED so could see the timestamp. I waited a bit, changed something in the working code (not just a comment section for example) and the timestamp did not change.
