Or just bend the crud out of it in another language for webServices to do that for you? You pick any flavor or have someone else do it for you that does it. What volume of text is moving in these EDI files anyway? 5k, 250k? I remember doing edi in FPD 4 or 5 years ago. That code base was written by someone who feared getting replaced, and he owned his one man company.
