> Yes! It was inspiring! I was filled with awe.

> Thats because his spirit is great, on a par with Jesus.

> Not at all. I relished in every one of them. Thanks!

It just dawned on me how much I enjoy Ricardo's retorts more than Geoff's.

It's interesting since they're quite the 'odd couple' tag team---an
Argentinean anarchist and an Australian evangelical. "The enemy of my enemy
is my friend" kind of thing I guess.

I know Madigan thinks I'm crazy for giving Ricardo any credit (and there are
lots of reasons to think I'm crazy besides that, as Geoff has blunted his
fingers into bloody stumps to prove) but hear me out.

There is something deeply sincere in Ricardo's profound insincerity that I
find intriguing. Can't put my (powerful?) finger(s) on it precisely, but
whether he's pretending to be a 12 year old altar boy who confuses kites
with boats or an aging (and Viagra-dependent?) artisan who mistakes Catholic
priests with other men's women, and imagines infant baptisms as scenes out
of a Quentin Terantino flick, he often manages to find the irony of a
situation in a more or less direct and simple way. His perspective is quite
diametrically opposed to mine, I think, but therein perhaps lies the
intrigue.

Geoff merely comes across as puffy and pontificates like a third rate
lecturer/psychologist/debunker of conspiracy theories.
