FoxTouch() will change the time of the file properly BUT it does it
according to GMT 0. You need to substract (or add) the GMT offset of the
timezone you are in.

For example, if you're in NYC, you're 5 hours behind GMT time. So in
this case (timezone) you would *subtract* 5 hours from the date you
provide foxtouch.
