Well, they build the Client (workstation) install first, then package that into the Server build. Client checks for the existence of a newer NInstall.exe (client build name) on server and if exists, exits and runs that NInstall.exe to upgrade the client. It's an interesting way of doing a loader kind of thing. That's the only thing I think that fits what you're describing. Still, that doesn't run on the desktop, but from the LAN (Server) spot. _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[email protected] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
