1. Every dark car will heat up, so you'll have to ban them too. 2. You'll have to ban dark interiors because the sun coming through the windows will heat that up much more than a white interior. 3. There's no doubt that a white car is much cooler than a black car. Why not ban everything except white? A white car with a white interior is infinitely cooler.
