The Irish voted it down but it looks like they will just keep having referendum after referendum until it "Oh, all RIGHT!" passes. Like shove it down the voters' throats? Didn't the Netherlands and one other referendum also fail, and a re-referendum succeed? Making everyone an offer they can't refuse. Don't anyone say Europe isn't totalitarian, of course Europe is totalitarian.
