I concur. A small laptop of cheapy computer would be better.

We had a similar issue at one of my client's sites.  We wound up dedicating
a computer for it because it really was very clumsy for the secretary to
use.

So, I would recommend a bare-bones PC with a network connection.  The
secretary can remote desktop into it, make changes, then logoff.
